By accessing or using AtlanticCAD — including any web interface, API, FiveM Lua resource, or related service operated by Atlantic Development — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision, you must immediately stop using the platform. These terms apply to all users, including community owners, members, and any individual or organization that accesses the service in any capacity.
AtlanticCAD is a cloud-based Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) platform designed for FiveM online roleplay communities. The platform provides tools for dispatch management, character records, reports, DMV licensing, BOLO/warrant tracking, and FiveM server integration. The service is provided on a subscription basis and may be modified, expanded, or discontinued at any time at Atlantic Development's sole discretion.
Your subscription pays for access to the AtlanticCAD backend service — the hosted web platform, database, API, and all associated infrastructure operated by Atlantic Development. The FiveM Lua resource provided for server integration is a free companion tool that communicates with the backend; it is not the product being sold and carries no independent subscription value. Discontinuing your subscription ends access to the backend service, at which point the Lua resource will cease to function regardless of whether it remains installed on your FiveM server.
AtlanticCAD is an independent third-party platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Take-Two Interactive Software, Rockstar Games, FiveM, or Cfx.re.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AtlanticCAD, consistent with Discord's minimum age requirement. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account creation and authentication are handled exclusively via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. All actions taken under your account are your responsibility, whether or not you authorized them.
Atlantic Development reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove access for any reason, including violation of these terms, abusive conduct toward staff or other users, or at our sole discretion with or without notice.
AtlanticCAD is offered on tiered subscription plans. The features and limits available to your community are determined by the active subscription tier. Plan details and pricing are listed at /pricing and may change at any time with reasonable notice.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis according to your billing cycle. Atlantic Development never stores your full card number, CVV, or bank details.
If a payment fails, your community enters a 7-day grace period. If billing is not resolved within that window, community access is locked automatically until the account is brought current. Locked communities retain their data but cannot be accessed by members or administrators until the subscription is reinstated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then. After cancellation, community data is retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy. If you have a billing dispute, contact Atlantic Development support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from the platform.
AtlanticCAD is provided exclusively for use in legitimate online roleplay communities operating within the FiveM / Cfx.re ecosystem. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you create or administer a community on AtlanticCAD, you are responsible for ensuring all members of your community comply with these Terms of Service. Atlantic Development may hold community owners accountable for policy violations committed by their members where the owner failed to take reasonable action to prevent or stop the violation.
Community owners are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into their community, including character records, reports, and any content uploaded by their members. Atlantic Development is not liable for disputes arising between community owners and their members.
You retain ownership of content you upload to AtlanticCAD. By uploading content, you grant Atlantic Development a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from the platform.
You represent and warrant that any content you upload does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights and does not violate any applicable law. Atlantic Development reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
AtlanticCAD, including its source code, design, branding, interface, and all associated software, is the exclusive property of Atlantic Development. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform as intended. No ownership rights are transferred by this license. "AtlanticCAD" and "Atlantic Development" are marks of Atlantic Development and may not be used without prior written permission.
Atlantic Development may suspend or permanently terminate your account or your community at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms, nonpayment, or conduct that Atlantic Development determines to be harmful to the platform or its users.
Termination for any reason — including for cause — does not entitle you to a refund. Upon termination, your license to access the platform ends immediately. Community data may be retained for up to 90 days after termination for administrative purposes before being permanently deleted.
AtlanticCAD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Atlantic Development does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of defects. We do not guarantee any specific uptime, feature availability, or compatibility with any specific FiveM server or resource configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atlantic Development and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption.
In no event shall Atlantic Development's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Atlantic Development in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
Atlantic Development may modify these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
